9K Club Terms and Conditions: The Rules Every Member Accepts

Checked against the arena on · written for members in India

Heron judge holding a scroll for the 9K Club terms and conditions

Joining 9K Club takes three boxes and one tick, and that tick is also where you accept these terms. They are short because the website is simple: a free colour game played with practice coins, a set of member guides, and nothing bought, sold or paid out at any point.

Read them once before you tap Join free. They cover who may join, what the coins are and are not, how the arena may be used, what the club promises (very little) and what the law in India says about money games. The review date under the heading shows when they were last updated.

What You Agree To

By creating an account, signing in or placing a pick in the arena, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not join; the guides can still be read without an account. “The club”, “we” and “9K Club” mean the website at 9k-club.club and the people who maintain it. “The arena” means the colour game on the home page, and “coins” means the practice coins used inside it.

Adults Only

Membership is open only to people aged 18 or over. The join form will not create an account until the 18+ box is ticked, and ticking it is your statement that you are an adult. The club collects no proof of age, so it relies on that statement and on members keeping their devices away from minors. An account found to belong to someone under 18 should be deleted with the Delete account button inside the arena.

Practice Coins Have No Value

Every account begins with 9,000 practice coins and the Refill coins button restores that balance at any time, free of charge. The coins are a counter inside the game. They are not money, not a voucher, not a token and not a claim on anyone.

What practice coins are and are not
QuestionAnswer under these terms
Can coins be bought?No. The club sells nothing, and no third party is authorised to sell coins, accounts, levels or codes.
Can coins be sold or exchanged?No. Offering coins or accounts for sale, trade or rupees is forbidden and is in any case impossible: the arena has no transfer function.
Can coins be sent to another member?No. Each balance is stored for one username in one browser and cannot move.
Can coins be paid out?No. There are no withdrawals, prizes, rewards or cash equivalents of any kind.
What does a member level give?A badge name only. Levels from Rookie to 9K Legend count settled rounds; they carry no perks, no fee and no change to returns.
What if a page offers any of the above?It is not the club. See the real-or-fake guide and report it.

Because coins are worthless outside the game, the club accepts no claim of any kind based on a balance, a level, a streak or a lost account. The gift code guide and the withdrawal guide explain why no code, bonus or payout exists.

Fair Use of the Arena

The arena is built for one person tapping on one screen. You agree not to:

  • run scripts, bots, macros or any automation that places picks, refills coins or creates accounts;
  • alter the page, its storage or its scripts to change a balance, a level or a drawn digit;
  • sell, rent, lend or advertise accounts, usernames or levels, or claim to do so;
  • use the club's name, logo or pages to collect money, personal details or payments from anyone;
  • present the arena as a money game or as a way to make money, whether in a video, a group or a message;
  • send abusive, threatening or deceptive messages to the contact address.

The club may block traffic that breaks these rules and may change the arena at any time to stop abuse. Since every account lives in its owner's browser, the club cannot suspend one member; it can only protect the website as a whole.

Your Account and Its Limits

An account is a username, a salted password hash and the game records attached to that username, all stored in the browser where you joined. You are responsible for choosing a password that is unique to the club and for keeping it where only you can find it. There is no reset, no recovery and no way for the club to look an account up, as the sign-in guide explains.

Clearing site data, using a private tab, switching phones or deleting the account all end that account for good. Usernames beginning with “guest_” are reserved. The club keeps no copy of anything and has no obligation to restore coins, levels, picks or history.

No Warranty

The website and the arena are provided as they are and as available. The club does not promise that the site will be reachable at all times, that a round will always run on time, that storage in every browser will behave the same way, or that the guides are free of error, although corrections are welcomed through the contact page.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the club is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost accounts, lost time, device problems, mobile data used, or anything done by a third party who imitates the club. Every round's digit is a fresh random draw on your own device; the club makes no statement about what any pick will do and no statement about any result.

The Law in India

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 came into force on 1 May 2026. They prohibit online money games and their promotion throughout the country. The text of the Bill is on PRS India and the Ministry's notices on meity.gov.in.

The arena involves no money, no deposits, no prizes and no payouts, and these terms forbid anyone from adding them. Pages, apps and groups offering a “9K Club” with deposits or withdrawals operate outside both these terms and the law. The club makes no statement about what the law means for any individual who takes part in such schemes; that is for the courts. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and if any clause is found unenforceable the rest continues to apply.

Changes and Contact

The club may revise these terms when the arena or the law changes. The updated text appears on this page with a new review date, and significant changes are also noted on the about page. Signing in after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, delete your account and stop using the arena.

Questions about these terms go to contact@9k-club.club. Replies take a few days. The 9K Club home page remains the only place the arena runs, and the 12-point check helps you confirm you are on it.

Terms Are Not a Substitute for Limits

Nothing in these terms stops you playing for hours, and the free refill makes it easy to forget how many rounds have gone by. Set a round count or a clock before you start, and treat the member badge as a record of time spent rather than a goal to chase.

If someone has already taken money from you in the club's name, call 1930 and file a report at cybercrime.gov.in before anything else. The club will add the page or number to its warnings if you send the details.

Every room in the arena is for adults only (18+). The practice coins are free, stay in the arena and are never paid out; the digit that settles a round is drawn only when its timer ends, so no person, chart or channel can see it early. Since 1 May 2026 the 2025 online gaming law has banned money games online across India. Read the club’s responsible gaming page before a long session.
